The Jakaranda project features an innovative combination of glass and ETFE skylights, designed to maximise daylight penetration while maintaining a lightweight, efficient structure. Covering 130m², the skylights provide a bright, airy interior environment, enhancing both comfort and architectural appeal. Completed in November 2020, the project was realised in collaboration with Batley Partners Architecture.
